Summary:
On October 31st, 1948, the construction of Boone Dam and its reservoir required the purchase of 5,160 acres of land. 152 families (104 GRAVES) and 18 miles of roads had to be relocated. The rock from this property helped build Boone Dam, which was completed December 16th, 1952… but there was a serious concern.
When graves were re-located, it was said that many of the souls were separated from the corpses. Zombies arose and blamed this land for helping build the Dam and disturbing their graves. There have been many sightings of Zombies roaming these woods for revenge. They need a body and soul so they can return to their graves.
CAUTION: There are lost dam zombies in these woods that want to drag your body and soul back to their grave!! You better pray!
