1: How easy was it to locate the attraction, park and navigate the premises? (25%)	10
I liked that the reminder email provided information and a link to google maps.
2: How safe was the attraction? (30%)		9.38
The only thing we felt could have been an issue were the steps banister and slide. All were built well and solid, but could be an issue for customers to trip or get hurt. Excellent Covid procedures.
3: How professional, helpful and friendly were the staff members? (25%)		10
They were nice and welcoming.
4: How comfortable & welcoming is the lobby area?	10
The most comfortable couch I ever sat on. The lobby was very relaxing and artsy.
5: How well did they promote a puzzle-solving environment?	5
No puzzles at the moment, due to Covid.

The study had a basic soundtrack on par with similar rooms of this style.
How well did they use lighting effects?	8
Lighting effect were on par as well nothing to extravagant but fit the theme. Light was used to for some of the puzzles which bumed the score up.
How creative and original is the story?	8.63
Interesting story, instead of trying to escape you had to find several ancient artifacts.

Everything was very cohesive.
How well did they achieve suspension of disbelief?	9
Music, lights, decor all fit, no outside noise was heard. We felt like we were in an old fashioned study.

Gameplay

The puzzles were well thought out. They fit the theme and made logical sense.
2: How helpful was the Game Master and any hints, if provided?	10
The gamemaster, Jess, did a great job of directing us and providing good hints.
3: How interactive were the clues and puzzles?	9.13
Puzzles were hands on, requiring us to work as a team.
4: How creative and original were the clues and puzzles?	9.25
Definitely some new puzzles and good twists on old puzzles. Not too many red hearings but a few things that through us off course.
5: How easy was it to keep track of your remaining time?	9.5
Once inside the main room, there is a book with a countdown times. Which I thought was a cool way to hide it.

The room was a lot of fun the price is normal for the area.
