Spruce up the outside. Play some music, get some fun inflatables and well lit signs. Make people walking to your place feel like they are coming to a haunt to have a good time. Use the outside to set the mood.
2: How well did the atmosphere prepare you for what you experienced inside? (40%) 5
Try to get a queue line actor or two to move about in the cafeteria and ticketing area to spook or entertain the customers. Offer selfie stations or props to take photos and decorate the queue line so your customers have something to look at and be entertained with.
