So lets first start by saying that this haunted house is not worth half of the money you paid for …show more your ticket. There are so many better haunted houses in Connecticut that are for the same price. This truly was a huge disappointment. You wait in line longer than going through the actual haunted house. The staff at the front honestly doesnt know whats going on, plus you really should just show up an hour earlier than your “timed slot.” When the main manager also states “I wasn’t expecting this to be this busy,” –> this is a for sure sign that the entire thing is a dud.
The hood over your head while walking through the parking lot lasts longer than the actual haunted house. Plus the hood smells like 10 bottles of Lysol and is quite challenging to actually breath, along with getting extremely light headed. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Save your money and go somewhere else. The Haunted House takes about 10 minutes to walk through (after a 10 minute way with a hood on your head in the parking lot); along with having the same 5-6 actors attempting to scare you from room to room. Screaming as long as they can into your ears isn’t scary, but it sure does hurt your ear drum. Getting smacked in the face by a guy with a skull at the end of the stick and not knowing when being ‘too close’ is actually wayyy to close where now I just got hit in the face. Oh, and swearing…yeah…swearing is just NOT scary what so ever. So youll sure walk out with quite the headache and confusion as to what you actually spent your money on. Complete waste of time and money. Honestly I wish I was able to get a FULL REFUND to go make better use of my money, cause frankly this was extremely disappointing. Do NOT GO!
