Waited three hours in line with traffic backed up to get into line. We were there at 8. Just as we got up to gate at 11 we were very rudely told that we are not getting in. They should have cut the line off much sooner. I can’t believe it was so disorganized. We were beyond disappointed and waisted our entire night. Thanks a lot management.
