I do not recommend this place at all!! It is very stale and doesn’t change at all! We have been the last 5 years to the Worcester location and instead of getting better it has gotten worse ! This year there was hardly any actors so it created a lot of dead space! I got very upset when a grown man who was an actor that was in the claustrophobic area thought it was okay to tell my daughter that he didn’t give a fu@@ that she didn’t want to go through it! I said excuse me she is 13 and you just swore at my daughter and she is not going through! He blocked the way so we couldn’t get by! Eventually he moved! I was so pissed odd that he ruined my whole experience at the haunt! I have been tons of haunted houses and I have never experienced anything like that! I spoke to a manager who has been there for seven plus years! He said he was going to talk to him right away and he apologized! While I was taking to him a worker came out and ask him to bring him to make up! So who knows if he even talked to him!! I will never return to this haunted house!! It is horrible and not even worth the money spent!! The first year was awesome but it certainly went down hill and now it just plain awful! You are better off going to other haunts in the area!! Not worth the time or money!! I forgot to add this! You don’t get scared because you are like a herd of cattle going through the haunt so there’s a line of 15 people so you are well aware of what is going to happen! I was more scared when by the customers going through scaring their friends they came with! Maybe those people should get a job there! It was pathetic
