Title: "Not Good"

Score: 2 out of 10

We had tickets for 7. We got in to the midway around 7:15 the trail wasn't open. It opened closer to 7:30 (not complaining). They don't go by time tickets (even though they sell time tickets online), they pick colors (we were not first), we were still waiting after 8 pm so my boyfriend went to get "RIP" tickets for us and our friends. We were shown the "RIP lounge" which had a few pieces of candy, three sodas and two water bottles as treats for the VIPs. We got the VIP (RIP) tickets to be able to go in to the trail, so we got int he fast line and went in. The first half was okay (just okay not top haunt material compared to the others I've been to). There were some actors and I got got three times (maybe). After the half way point, there were very scarce actors (they should have been there rather than in the midway). There were a few places that were confusing about where to go, the vortex tunnel was broken (or just not spinning) and the trail ends in the parking lot. You cannot go back in. There is a sign at the entrance that says no re-entry but there is nowhere on the website, in the emails they send you OR at the haunt itself that tells you that the trail ends in the parking lot and you can't go back in....but the ticket people will argue with you and tell you that it says it on the website, it's in the email you get with your tickets and You're told when you're going into the trail. Again, NO that information is nowhere. I took my friends here because of the "rating of top haunt" on the website and other reviews. 100% disappointed in the experience after $188 (for our group) and a two hour round trip drive. They also tell you that it is normal in the haunt industry for the trails to kick you out of the attraction and that is absolutely false. I would never go back or tell anyone to try this place. Complete disappointment.

Features Noticed: Food/Concessions, Queue Actors/Entertainment, Gift Shop/Souvenirs
Suggestions for the Attraction: 1. Don't kick people out from the trail....that's not normal. 2. Put some queue actors in the trail. There are not enough actors. 3. Maybe get rid of one of the back to back mazes and put a scene or two in there instead. 4. Emphasis on #1. Not normal. I don't buy t-shirts before a trail. No other haunt that I've been to, has ever kicked people out after the attraction. 5. If you want to keep kicking people out after the trail, tell them that's what is happening rather than telling them, "that's normal for this industry and you were told multiple times." Because no we weren't.

Title: "Lame"

Score: 2 out of 10

Owner seems like it was all about him. Small and quick. Nice try for a Haunt, but it really just gets you there for food and drink. Food was good, a bit $$$, but since we went to the Old location at the Workhouse, the Workhouse had done a much better job this year. It was a waste of a drive.

Features Noticed: Indoor waiting area, Food/Concessions, Queue Actors/Entertainment, Gift Shop/Souvenirs
Suggestions for the Attraction: Get rid of the disrespectful haunt manager (think he said his name was Jeff as he tried to pick me up) that appears to drink and curse too much in front of customers

Title: "Nice romp!"

Score: 6.5 out of 10

A good outdoor romp through multiple sets, both creepy and scary. A bit more drama and artistry than usual scream shocker. Maybe avoid it on a rainy day as parts were muddy when we went in 2016.

Features Noticed: Queue Actors/Entertainment
