I go to all the of the haunts in western NY every year. Nightmare Manor never disappoints. Great job as always this year.

Not good. I bought 2 tickets and I’m mad. There were not that many actors. No jump scares. I paid $50 for two tickets to stand in line. I felt like I was walking through a museum of animatronics from the Spirit Halloween store. The butler in the very beginning came out and told us to wait a minute, out of character told us to come in and was in character. You already ruined the magic my guy. So pissed I wasted my money. The only thing I liked and appreciated was the setting and SOME of the costumes. You can tell they took their time with some and other were just like “good luck, figure it out yourself.” We actually had a full blown conversation with an actor waiting for people to move on ahead of us. Just wasn’t good.
