I’ve been to many haunted attractions but this one by far is the BEST, most adventurous, scariest haunted attraction that I have ever encountered! Wow! It was amazing and the staff was also very fantastic as well!

You cannot offer fast passes on such a small attraction. Hell I wanted to upgrade to a fast pass halfway through my 4 hour wait in line. I’m not even from lousiana but people like to take it slow here and don’t mind waiting. I don’t need your people asking me if I have a fast pass every 5 min in line. DONT offer fastpasses if your production can’t handle it when no one wants one. Legit why did you have 6 different lines/waiting areas. A check in line Shuttle line Line to get into the entrance Line at the attraction Waiting area line Small prep area line We do the haunted walk AND THEN ANOTHER 30 min line, waiting just to get back to my car. Did y’all make money this year? Are you afraid you won’t next year? Here let me show you how to fix it. No fast passes More scare actors, (legit there were SO many empty areas, on Halloween night. Make sure groups don’t touch, SMALLER/individual groups Y’all need to get your crap together. If I don’t hear that it’s gotten better? Then I’m 100% sure me and my friends aren’t coming back, cause we defiantly aren’t gunna give you another chance without a recommendation. Legit, I think a lot of haunted houses struggle because they aren’t as scary as people want them to be. Y’all didn’t have that problem. I think you just handled the entire event in the worst way possible, I’m sure there are excuses, I’m sure there are reasons it didn’t go as well as planned. But on your biggest night? With a month of prep?
