Every year my family has a tradition going to this attraction for as long as I can remember! My evening was ruined last night within minutes of sitting on the bus ride. I literally was just sitting there putting my phone away in my pocket when the bus security guard immediately raises his voice in a nasty tone telling me to put my phone away or he would take it. First of all, my phone was already away when he said well it wasn’t a few minutes ago . The attraction was still being loaded and they had not informed anyone of any rules. I am a grown adult with adult children who understands rules and follows them. I have never been so embarrassed and talked down to in my life! It’s a shame because I always looked forward to going to this attraction with never a problem in the past 12 plus years. It will be my last visit. The ride itself was good but not many actors . The older gentlemen that was on this bus was very rude and unpleasant
Features Noticed: Food/Concessions, Multiple Attractions/Ticket OptionsSuggestions for the Attraction: Put up signs about cell phones instead of staff threatening people and being rude

Let me start by saying this place is always PACKED, so my advice is to get there super early or super late to avoid long lines. We actually got there around 7:50 PM, and waited in line for tickets & opted for Fast Pass/VIP. We started with Field of Terrors, which started off as a pretty dark walk in the woods with no direction where to go. We eventually made it to where we were supposed to be, and walked through a fog-filled house & a Jeepers Creepers bus scene. Haunted Hotel was definitely the stronger of the two indoor haunts, but Eville Asylum was still good! All the actors/actresses really give it their all in the indoor attractions for sure! We ended on the haunted bus ride, and noticed a few changes since the last time we went in 2019. The fire breathing semi’s were back with a vengeance, as WHH was not open for 2020. As a reminder, definitely consider investing in the Fast Pass if you arrive after opening time. The bus line can take anywhere from 2 hours+, and we were able to almost immediately board with our passes.

It was easy to find with gps. It had a great backwoods feel. They had music playing they had a concession stand. They didn't really have signs for what was what so we were very lost and we were asking people who worked there how everything was set up but they said they were filling in from other attractions. My favorite part was the flaming semi's my heart was definitely racing the entire time. I would recommend spending the extra money on the VIP pass because we saved almost 3 hours at least by not having to stand in line. Otherwise was pretty good

I cut myself while walking through either the hotel or asylum so maybe check and make sure that no nails are hanging out.
