Looking for the top Pennsylvania haunted houses? Over the past summer, we hosted our second annual nation-wide poll, where haunted house-goers could vote for their favorite “Must-See” haunted attractions in Pennsylvania. We’ve tallied the results and posted them here so you can find the biggest, best and scariest haunted houses in the State! #10: Scary Harrys Haunted Trail
Homer City, PA
Scary Harry’s Haunted Trail is an indoor/outdoor walk through the dark woods. In addition, the horror attraction typically takes between 30 and 35 minutes per group to complete.
#9: Circle of Screams
Dickson City, PA

Dark Ghost Manor is located inside the Cranberry Mall. It is also Cranberry’s all-new, interactive horror attraction.
#7: Gravestone Manor
Plains, PA
Gravestone Manor will be presenting “Cold Case” for their 19th season in 2017. This is an all-volunteer haunt and all proceeds go to the United Way of Wyoming Valley.
#6: Pennhurst Asylum
Spring City, PA
Pennhurst Asylum offers 4 haunted attractions. The attractions are: Pennhurst Asylum, The Dungeon of Lost Souls, The Tunnel Terror and Ghost Hunt.
#5: Field of Screams
Mountville, PA
2017 marks Field of Screams’ 25th Anniversary! This season, they are bringing their fans 4 haunted attractions as well as their “Extreme Blackout” event that will be taking place one night only.
#4: Hundred Acres Manor
Bethel Park, PA
Hundred Acres Manor is a non-profit haunted house that donates to a variety of charities each year. For 2017, they will have 6 haunted attractions at their single location. Hundred Acres Manor is also open nearly every night throughout the month of October!
#3: ScareHouse
Etna, PA
The ScareHouse has been given the title of, “The Scariest Haunted House In America” by ABC news, as well as many other recognitions over the years. For 2017, they will have 3 haunted attractions plus “The Basement,” which is an 18 and over event only. Also new for this year is their attraction “The Sunset Lodge,” where “you booked the wrong hotel!”
#2: Reapers Revenge
Scranton, PA
Revenge Haunted Hayride contains 4 terrifying haunted attractions on this 60-acre scream park! That’s more than around 90 minutes of scares! In addition, they also have zombie paintball available.
#1: Castle Blood
Monessen, PA
Castle Blood is a very unique haunted attraction that takes place in a 100-year-old funeral home! “The tour features a game that changes yearly, always with new game challenges that bring back enthusiastic guests again and again. American Airlines Magazine described a visit to Castle Blood as “playing Clue in the Addams Family house.”
