Looking for the top Wisconsin haunted houses? Over the past summer, we hosted our second annual nation-wide poll, where haunted house-goers could vote for their favorite “Must-See” haunted attractions in Wisconsin. We’ve tallied the results and posted them here so you can find the biggest, best and scariest haunted houses in the State! #10: Terror at the Fair
Wilmot, WI
Terror at the Fair takes place at the Kenosha County Fairgrounds. They have a brand new attraction for the 2017 season, “Soul Reapers Haunted House!” They will also have a returning attraction this year, “The Descent.”
#9: The Morgue Haunted House
De Pere, WI
The Morgue Haunted House offers multiple attractions at one location. They also don’t have any lines to wait in to get into the haunts. Instead, you can mingle around their large bonfire and hang out while waiting for your groups’ number to be called!
#8: Screamin Acres Haunted Houses
Stoughton, WI
“Screamin Acres is the most rapidly-growing haunted house in Wisconsin.” They will also consist of 4 attractions for the 2017 season.
#7: Chamber of Horrors Haunted House
Fall River, WI
At Chamber of Horrors, you can experience the Thunder Ridge Mansion and Zombie Hunt Paintball Experience. This season, they are also celebrating 10 years of fear!
#6: Scare USA
Two Rivers, WI
Scare USA is offering a very new experience for 2017! All new sets, new costumes and new scares are waiting for you at the old Schwarz Marine Co.
#5: Misery Haunted House
Berlin, WI
Misery Haunted House is celebrating 5 years of fear! “Return to the Dark Side” this October and be on the lookout for their new attraction, “Slaughter Farms” in 2018!
#4: Burial Chamber
Neenah, WI
Not only does Burial Chamber have 3 full-sized haunts, they also have FOUR burial simulators at their single location! In addition to being a sister haunt to Abandoned Haunted House Complex in Mount Pleasant, as well as claiming to be “The Midwest’s Largest Haunted Complex,” they sport a plethora of Visitor’s Choice awards to boot.
#3: The Haunted Barn
Stoughton, WI
The Haunted Barn is said to be the largest indoor/outdoor haunted attraction in the Madison/Dane County area! In addition, fast pass options and package deals are available for the 2017 season!
#2: Wisconsin Fear Grounds
Waukesha, WI
Wisconsin Fear Grounds is made up of 3 totally separate haunted houses! For 2017, they are also bringing you an all-new attraction, “Unknown.” They also have an all-new escape room adventure called “Hex.”

Sturtevant, WI
The Abandoned Haunted House Complex consists of 4 attractions at 1 location! The complex is located just 30 minutes north of Chicago, Illinois or 20 minutes south of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
