I love Darian Lake!
2 Suggestions…

-during fright fest actors were coming up within inches of …show more mine & my children’s faces! Six feet rule should be enforced especially with employees!
– There should be a ‘SAFE’ word someone can say to make the actors back off… They are somewhat aggressive!

So we came to go to haunted houses. We bought tickets in the front of the park and a high school kid …show more helped us. Which is fine, but he didn’t know anything about prices and had to ask people in the back. He came back and told us that it was $15 to get into the park and then $45 for all 4 houses, so $60 total. After paying we walked around for 10mins trying to figure how to get to the houses. We ending up having to go back to customer service and she said “she can’t refund us and it was just a miscommunication”. Well maybe you should hire people that know how to communicate with paying customer. Hire people that can explain what you’re paying for and where to go when you get in. Why would we pay $60 to just get in the park. And then more for the houses, it’s not like there’s any rides available or any other attractions. They should have refunded us.
