Suggested Improvements:
Where do I even start? First, the management needs a complete overhaul. We waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS while Fast Pass customers waited around 30 minu... tes. There was no consistent system for letting people in. The owner seemed to let whoever he wanted through, and when I confronted him, he didn’t seem to care. After all that waiting, i finally entered the basement and encountered maybe one or two scare actors. The event advertised so much more, including food trucks and a bar, which we didn’t see during our visit. I’m also extremely concerned about safety. The staircase was incredibly narrow, poorly lit, and the only exit route I could identify. People could seemingly wander around downstairs for as long as they wanted, and I couldn’t see any clear occupancy controls. If you’re going to charge people $20 each, you need to actually deliver what you’re advertising, manage your lines fairly, and make sure people can safely exit. This was one of the worst Halloween experiences I’ve had. I felt completely ripped off, and I’m requesting a refund and reporting my safety concerns. I would never recommend this attraction.Read More
