Suggested Improvements:
When I attended,there was a cast member that had been struck by an attendee in my group. They were asked to leave and after a verbal altercation they ... left. Our group finished the walk and enjoyed it. I found out later the same cast member, been struck violently earlier in the evening, She was allowed to continue working. This was poor management, she should have been taken to the ER the 1st hit, who knows what the 2nd one could have caused. I suggest they take better care of their cast, and as for Attendees- DO NOT TOUCH THE CAST-THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH YOU!Read More
