The atmosphere.

This isn't my first time here but it will definitely be my last.
The scare actors were lethargic in summary. They had no passion, and they had n... o good qualities of doing their job. They would get up in your face and either 1, stare at you and do nothing else and walk away, or 2, scream in a low pitch that wouldn't scare my group and again walk away. Or they would try to have a conversation with you in character in a monotoned boring way. Completely ruined my experience this time. Then lastly they would just stand there and do absolutely nothing, it happened at least once where an actor just stood there and looked at us and did nothing, not scary but weird.
Plus there was a build up in the maze itself, groups of people being smashed because of other people. Not the workers faults but just ruined the experience. Not only that but the pricing is insane, with no add-ons, no other attractions, no fast pass fee, just the simple maze for three people was just over 90$. And I felt it was a ripp off with the experience I personally had there.

I went with my friends and there were so many scary things and it was really detailed and it was way better than Universal Studios and Disney World al... so, it was fun to wait in the line. It was not that long under an hour, and there was creepy, entertainers and food and snacks and they also sold pumpkins.Read More

This must’ve been the busiest night of the year. What was cool though they provided entertainment in the line while we waited. We actually upgraded ou... r ticket to a fast pass and skipped the lines. Our family has gone every year. This year was incredible. They added so many new things. It took over 30 minutes!! Highly recommend to anyone to visit. Well worth it!!Read More

Mix up the entertainers occasionally. More fast food items from you snack shack like pizza.
