What is a “Score Sheet?”
Score Sheets are our way of letting you know how we came up with the scores for this review. Each of our review categories are broken down into several questions that we ask ourselves when we leave the attraction. Each question gets its own score from 1 to 10, which is then used to calculate the overall score for the category. After that, the overall “Final” score for the attraction (haunted houses only) is calculated by using a weighted average formula.

| How well was the room detailed? |

| The room was very detailed. The study was large. The pictures books, desk, wooden walls, etc. Provided a great ambiance reminiscent of clue. Wish I could have a study like this in my house. |

| Light classical background music plaid in the study, giving it a classy distinguished feel. The hall area played old time Jazz music fitting of the times of Andrew Carnegie. |

| Lighting fit the rooms. The study was dim and relaxing. The hallway and other rooms were brighter. For some areas the flashlight provided is needed. However this provides more of a realism to the rooms. |

| Story was original. It was nice it focused on Andrew Carnegie well known in Pittsburgh. Also building the room and story around the existing vault was genius. |

| The theme fit well. The study of Andrew Carnegie with its hidden chambers and vault worked well together. |

| Once again Escape Room PGH excels at putting in a new reality. Especially with the Homestead rooms. Not just decorations and things thrown together to feel like a place. No, these are designed as real interactive rooms. When you are inside you are in that scenario. |

| The puzzles were logical, they made sense and fit the theme. IF you pay attention and work together you will find the answers. |

| Eric was great again for this room. He provided clues if we asked and pushed us in the right direction when we got stuck. |

| The puzzles were interactive. Needing us to work together. One puzzle at the end worked well by us relaying information back and forth between rooms |

| The puzzles were fairly original. We only came across one puzzle we had seen before at another location. All the others were unique to the room. Some similar puzzles were reproduced in a fresh way that made them feel different and new. |

| Time was provided in increments of 15. However not our whole team noticed it. This is a personal preference as some people like to constantly know the time and others do not. |
