Cast (15%)
Number of Cast Members Seen (not scored): 13
1: Did it seem like there were enough actors? (20%) 8
Although there were only 13 actors some did play double duty making the cast feel larger. We never felt like we travelled to long without seeing anyone. Hopefully next year we get to see some more bodies as it would help.
2: How believable / convincing were the actors? (30%) 8
3: How interactive were the actors? (20%) 8.83
Some more than others. The girl in the carnival area was awesome!
4: How creatively & appropriately did they use dialogue? (15%) 8.5
5: Was there a good variety of characters? (15%) 7.83
Cast Score: 8.22

Costuming (15%)
1: How complete / finished did the costumes appear to be? (15%) 7.5
Some costumes were only street clothes we would like to see a little more detail next time.
2: How creative / detailed were the costumes? (25%) 7
3: Was their makeup creative? Detailed? Realistic? (20%) 7.17
Makeup was average nothing over the top. It was fitting.
4: How effectively did they use masks (if used)? (15%) 7.33
Only a few masks. I would like to see more next season but we understand with the covid issues.
5: How appropriate were the costumes for their scenes & themes? (25%) 8
Costuming Score: 7.41
Customer Service (10%)
1: How easy was it to locate the attraction, park and navigate the premises? (25%) 8.17
Easy to find but we had no clue where to park we drove around a while before checking the website. After no answers we called the location. The gentlemen who answered was very helpful.
2: How safe was the attraction? (30%)

9
Nothing outside of the norm for a haunt.
3: How professional, helpful and friendly were the staff members? (25%)

10
4: How easy was it to find their information before you arrived? 9
Good website and social media, but couldn’t find anything about parking.
Customer Service Score: 9.04
Atmosphere (10%)
1: How obvious was it that you were at a haunted house before entering? (60%) 6
It’s a brick building. Pretty plain, I would like to see some big animatronics on or around the building . I think that would be incredible.
2: How well did the atmosphere prepare you for what you experienced inside? (40%) 6
Pretty plain it did peak our interest of what would be inside.
Atmosphere Score: 6

Special Effects (15%)
1: How effective were the sound effects? (20%) 8
2: How creative / original were the scenes & props? (20%) 9
3: How well were the scenes detailed? (20%) 9.17
4: How well did they achieve & maintain the suspension of disbelief? (25%) 8.33
A few times when something caught my attention to the ceiling there were areas I could see the roof of the building and that took me out of the immersion a little bit. I would suggest in areas where the focus is at the ceiling try to provide more fire-safe cover so it feels more realistic.
5: How effective were the SFX at providing scares / entertainment? (15%) 8.67
Good use of props
Special Effects Score: 8.62
Theme (5%)
1: Could you tell what the theme was? (30%) 9.33
2: How well was the theme carried throughout the attraction/s? (50%) 9.5
3: How well does their location authenticate the theme? (20%) 6.5
THe industrial look of the building doesn’t necessarily go with the theme, But what building would?
Theme Score: 8.44
Scare Factor (15%)
1: How scary was it? (30%) 8.17
2: How well did they provide scares to the entire group? (15%) 8.33
3: How predictable were the scares? (25%) 9.17
4: How well did they provide a wide variety of scares? (15%) 8
Almost every scare in the book was used.
5: How strong was the ending / finale? (15%) 8.33
Not the scariest finale, we would have lied to have had a bigger scare but the way the story concludes full circle was brilliant.
Scare Factor Score: 8.44
Entertainment & Value (15%)
1: How satisfied are you with the entertainment received during the main attraction/s? (30%) 8
We really enjoyed this haunt. Some downfalls with the amount of actors but the variety of scenes and detail were great. Best use of props and animatronics I think we have seen.
2: How satisfied are you with the entertainment that’s available with the ticket price, excluding the main attraction/s? (25%) 6
Nothing really going on outside. The gift shop has some cool things to look at. Line actors, sound/music, decorations would be encouraged.
3: How appropriate is/are the ticket price/s? (30%) 9
4: Have they effectively used their available space? (15%) 8
