Final Score: 7.52

Cast (15%)
Number of Cast Members Seen (not scored): 17
1: Did it seem like there were enough actors? (20%) 7.75
Actors were mainly at the set locations we would have seen more throughout the woods to give a creepier vibe.
2: How believable / convincing were the actors? (30%) 7.25
Most actors did a good job, mainly screams and jump scares. A little more dialogue and interactivity would have increased the score.
3: How interactive were the actors? (20%) 7.75
Some interaction would have liked a little more dialogue and banter.
4: How creatively & appropriately did they use dialogue? (15%) 7.88
Some original lines
5: Was there a good variety of characters? (15%) 7.63
Some generic “ghosts” a little more diversity wouldn’t hurt.
Cast Score: 7.6

Costuming (15%)
1: How complete / finished did the costumes appear to be? (15%) 7.63
Some characters had better costumes than others, mostly looked like store-bought costumes, which I understand as this is a smaller haunt in the woods.
2: How creative / detailed were the costumes? (25%) 7.63
Some costumes were more creative than others but overall fit well.
3: Was their makeup creative? Detailed? Realistic? (20%) 7.5
Makeup was done well on most characters.
4: How effectively did they use masks (if used)? (15%) 7.5
Masks were fitting we really enjoyed the first guy’s glowing mask.
5: How appropriate were the costumes for their scenes & themes? (25%) 8.38
The costumes matched the scenes appropriately.
Costuming Score: 7.77
Customer Service (10%)
1: How easy was it to locate the attraction, park and navigate the premises? (25%) 8
Good signs around, parking was confusing especially with both haunts.
2: How safe was the attraction? (30%)

8
3: How professional, helpful and friendly were the staff members? (25%)

10
4: How easy was it to find their information before you arrived? 8
Customer Service Score: 8.5
Atmosphere (10%)
1: How obvious was it that you were at a haunted house before entering? (60%) 7.5
The shadows keep a darker vibe with less flash before entering. We wouldn’t mind some additional decor or minimal lighting to enhance the outside area.
2: How well did the atmosphere prepare you for what you experienced inside? (40%) 7
It keeps customers wondering what is inside. We think some additional line actors would help amp up the queue line.
Atmosphere Score: 7.3

Special Effects (15%)
1: How effective were the sound effects? (20%) 7.25
The sound was minimal but they went for respectable realism. Some additional sounds would be welcomed. All those Jasen masks and no “ki, ki, ki , ma, ma,ma”
2: How creative / original were the scenes & props? (20%) 7
Some interesting sets throughout that are fitting with a woods area, the carnival may be a stretch but hey why not.
3: How well were the scenes detailed? (20%) 7
For little wood shack, they had some good details, but a little more wouldn’t be a bad thing.
4: How well did they achieve & maintain the suspension of disbelief? (25%) 8
5: How effective were the SFX at providing scares / entertainment? (15%) 7.13
No big animatronics to produce scares but more realistic scenes, which were effective to an extent.
Special Effects Score: 7.32
Theme (5%) N/A
Theme Score: N/A
Scare Factor (15%)
1: How scary was it? (30%) 7.25
A good amount of scares though out but most feel on basic jump scares. Some additional stalkers, followers, and people in the woods, not just the scenes would have added more of an impact.
2: How well did they provide scares to the entire group? (15%) 8
3: How predictable were the scares? (25%) 7.3
We realized most of the scares were in the scene areas so we were not totally surprised.
4: How well did they provide a wide variety of scares? (15%) 7.13
Mainly boo scares.
5: How strong was the ending / finale? (15%) 7
The normal chainsaw at the end routine is back, we have seen this at most haunts this season, at least there was a finale.
Scare Factor Score: 7.28
Entertainment & Value (15%)
1: How satisfied are you with the entertainment received during the main attraction/s? (30%) 7.5
It was a fun time for sure.
2: How satisfied are you with the entertainment that’s available with the ticket price, excluding the main attraction/s? (25%) 6.75
not much going on outside, one line actor was intimidating guests.
3: How appropriate is/are the ticket price/s? (30%) 7
The ticket price is lower at $15, the haunt was 15 minutes which is 1 MPD, below the average of 1.38, with lower visuals that seemed a bit higher than other haunts.
4: Have they effectively used their available space? (15%) 7.25
A half-mile was good they have a lot more area to explore but I do not think they could get enough staff and decor to make it efficient.
Entertainment & Value Score: 7.13
