Almost all actors were very well trained and knew their characters very well. 1 or 2 actors didn't do anything

We loved how interactive the actors were and how well they worked with the audience

Almost all the actors stayed in character except 1 or 2.

We absolutely loved how most characters used props or the room to use the distraction scare technique.

We couldn't believe how many actors fit inside your maze

All characters were in costumes that were correct for their space. Everything was expected.

We were blown away at the special effects makeup at your venue. It was realistic and well done.

The Brookdale Campus itself is a little confusing, but this haunt did its best to label throughout the campus.

We enjoyed your Q-line entertainment such as the dancers and actors. We would have loved a picture spot so we could have taken a group photo.

Staff was on hand to answer any questions and they did so professionally.

Besides some Q-line actors playing around outside, there was no sound effects outside. You can however hear all the screams from everywhere outside the haunt

We appreciated the outside decor and the blow up characters leading the path to the haunted house

The creepy Q-line actors and the screams coming from outside the building really intimidated us and gave us an indication of what was to come.

We really enjoyed all the sounds that were happening throughout the haunt. We also liked that each room changed sounds

The sounds were realistic and extremely overwhelming especially in the Bunker.

We loved how creative the special effects were in this haunt. If we talked about them all specifically we would blow the surprise.

Our team was amazed by how detailed some of the rooms in this haunt were. The set decor and the time it must have taken to scenically paint some of them is impressive.

Our team collectively really enjoyed the lighting of this haunt. The use of absence of lighting in a clearly designed manner kept us on our toes.

Your haunt did a good job reminding everyone what the theme was before they even got into the maze.

While it was obvious what the theme was sometimes we wanted to see a bit more.

The scenes in this haunt jumped continuously from room to room, so sometimes we got lost.

We understand that the idea of a nightmare could really be anything, and you guys ran with that!

Our team is made up of people who are hard to scare...and your haunt got each one of us at least once!

The actors do a good job at moving their scares so that they don't scare the same person everytime

We loved the use of distractions in this haunt. Especially one trick in the Bunker..you know what we are talking about!

Sometimes we knew the scares were coming, but also sometimes that didn't matter it scared us anyway

We enjoyed seeing the different ways the designers of this team thought up different ways to scare us

We thought the ending could have used a bit more bang but the actor outside did get us, so we can't complain.

It took us 25 minutes to walk through this haunt not including watching dancers. If we added that, it was a total of 30-35 minutes.
