Dead Bird delivers a well-organized guest experience that makes a strong impression before visitors even step foot inside the attraction. From the moment we arrived, parking was easy to navigate, thanks to large directional signs and staff members using light-up wands to guide traffic throughout the lot. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the area was well-maintained and thoroughly organized.
There was no shortage of entertainment while waiting to enter. Guests could snap photos at a giant skeleton selfie station, complete with costume accessories, or visit a tent where a gypsy offered fortune-telling with a deck of cards. A warm bonfire also provided a cozy place to gather and thaw out those cold bones before or after the experience.
Dead Bird also did an excellent job managing the flow of guests. Groups were spaced appropriately, helping prevent us and other visitors from piling up on one another throughout the attraction. For those opting into the additional touch experience, glow sticks were provided to identify participating guests, allowing actors to distinguish between those willing to be touched and those who preferred a more hands-off encounter. It’s a simple but effective way to keep everyone on the same page while delivering different levels of interaction.
