100% the greatest i ever been to. Its lile your in your own horror movie so so so real. On point from start to finish and super longggg well over an h... our to complete all 10 haunted houses. All I have to say is WOW! My first visit to PureTerror was in 2014 and less then a year later we moved to Winter Park Florida. I moved back to NY in 2... 019 and me and the wife decided to take the family to Pure Terror 2020 Season and Holy Cow with the 10 haunted houses it was over the top right up there with Universal Horror Nights which by the way is my number 1 of all haunts. But man I have to say Pure Terror is our new favorite haunted house go to in New York. It's long scary and fun for the whole family I strongly advise you to check it out trust me you won't be disappointed and they handled the covid safety very well and there security team looks like a defensive line of a NFL Team.... lolRead More

Yes more apple cider donuts they were sold out by the time we exited the attraction into the Midway. The Girl in the Gift Shop said they normally sell... out of the donuts , apple candy and cotton candy with in the first hour or two. I guess that happens because when you exit the last haunt your in the midway monster photo op area then you have no choice but to walk though the gift / food shop to get to the other side of the midway with the fire pit , more food venders and Escape Rooms. Worst customer service in the industry* First as a customer I purchased tickets for Pure Terror Scream Park and was told by the employees all VIP tick... ers had to be pre-purchased. So as I was online attempting to buy, the drop down menu kept changing the total ticket amount of purchase!! When I told the man at the register, he said there is nothing he can do just to contact ticketleap. So I did, I called, I emailed, I emailed again & I messaged the business on Facebook. All that happened was one automated response & one actual rep leading me on a different path, just turned around and eventually no response or outcome at all! All of which has been going on for over a month! I highly discourage others from using this service or attending Pure terror. Not worth the prices or aggravation. As for the grounds itself, the employees are uninformed and not helpful. The attractions are mediocre for a way better experience check out Jason's Woods or Field of Screams. It is a full crowd but handled much better and worth the money that is charged unlike Pure Terror.Read More
