What They Liked Most:
We got there a few minutes after it opened at 7 pm on Halloween. Of course there was a wait, out there in the parking lot--about 15-20 minutes. There ... were a couple of costumed staff wandering around being quite spooky. Finally our number got called, yay!, and we went in...to an inside waiting room. What a disappointment! Another 20 minutes of waiting, in a brightly lit room with zero entertainment other than coloring books (although there were more teens there than little kids, and us adults). The staff member was not costumed and kept yelling out instructions and calling numbers in a shrill voice, which was annoying. That room was a real buzz killer. Once we finally got called into the haunted house part of the building it was good, atmospheric, pretty scary, and the actors were good. All I all, we won't go again, but if they transformed that tedious waiting-room experience it would be a good haunted house overall.Read More
