What They Liked Most:
The Haunted Hotel was a really fun haunt and honestly a great time from start to finish! The atmosphere was creepy, the actors were entertaining, and ... there were plenty of moments that caught me off guard. It had a great mix of scares and fun without feeling like you were just walking through the same thing over and over. The whole experience kept moving and there was always something going on. Definitely a place I’d recommend checking out if you enjoy haunted attractions. A lot of fun, some great scares, and definitely worth the visit! Suggested Improvements:
The only thing I didn't care for was a slider character outside making tiktoks and stealing all the attention away from the line entertainment.

What They Liked Most:
Started off very strong! The props and atmosphere were really cool and theatrical but, I am not sure if it just because we went on a Sunday night but,... it seemed like there weren't enough actors. Many props missed the mark or didn't "pop out" at all. I believe that what makes this haunted attraction so scary is the fact that they could touch you at any point or the fog machine disorientation. The haunt was amazing they really interact with you. The hellvator and the actor was very cool! I really loved it! I highly recommend it!
