What They Liked Most:
Nothing it has really went down hill. I was there three years ago, it was better. It was pitiful!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit. Despite purchasing Fast Passes for over $200, we still experienced long wait t... imes, including at the metal detector security checkpoint, the Schoolhouse attraction, and the Lab attraction. Additionally, the Fast Pass lines were not clearly marked, and no staff members were available to direct us. More importantly, I was deeply upset by the behavior of your staff. I am 56 years old and have scoliosis. While inside the Lab attraction, two of your actors made fun of my posture. This was incredibly humiliating, distasteful, and completely unprofessional. What They Liked Most:
We decided to stop by this place as a last minute haunt experience before the season ended on our drive back from a wedding. The entrance to the area ... made me feel so hyped up with anticipation for the experience. Trying to keep this spoiler free as possible, my favorite part comes towards the end of the Haunted Laboratory. I don't think I ever seen that equipment that big being used in a haunt like that (if you been there, you'd know what I'm talking about). It is worth noting that this place is multi-storied haunt with stairs (no elevators) so it is not handicap accessible (if that's important to you).Read More

The two haunts are both excellent and worth the price separately, both are very well done but still have some places which have a great retro feel to ... show that they've been running for 50+ and 40+ years respectively.Read More
