What They Liked Most:
Let me say first of all, I've worked at the Scarehouse. This haunt was next level!!! The sets were awesome. The actors were AMAZING! I did see a... few actors that looked familiar, wink-wink. What They Liked Most:
The haunt is slightly over priced. I would put this around the $20 price point like some others in Pittsburgh. It's a mix of Castle Blood and Dem... on House. It's cute for what it is. Many of the others reviews are from their actors as we know a few there and they're encouraged to give 5 stars. But from cost per experience it is expensive. If they lower the price to $20 I would give it a 5 star haunt. But if charging $30 the haunted house needs to be longer or atleast allow us to park onsite and get rid of the the van shuttle that brought us there. That makes it horrible we cannot park onsite for this haunted house.Read More

What They Liked Most:
Let me start by saying I DO NOT LEAVE REVIEWS!!!! Me and my fiance live for haunted houses its our favorite time of year. Portal of fear is HANDS DOWN... the best haunted house we have been to yet! We got the pleasure of meeting the owners Chuck and his wife and we couldn't tell them enough how much we enjoyed it. The actors were official! Dont wanna give anything away, but this place scared the sh*t out of us. We loved every minute of it! You can tell the owners put their heart and soul into it! I highly suggest, this haunted house is a must. I give this place a 10 out of 5!! Will be going again this season!Read More
