About The Lester Haunted Hospital

The Lester Haunted Hospital is one of North Alabama’s scariest haunted houses, terrifying guests since 2010. Operated by the Scare 4 Charity organization, our attraction occupies the former D.E. Jackson Memorial Hospital, a real medical facility that first opened in the 1940s to serve Lester and surrounding communities. After closing in the 1990s, the building sat vacant until we transformed it into the haunted attraction it is today.
