We’ve created a creepy list of Halloween haunted house attractions that we’ve reviewed, visited ourselves, filmed, or are popular amongst many haunt visitors! Remember, this is not a “best of” list – this is a list of haunts we feel that you need to add to your visit list this season for various reasons. Now… let’s get to this list of spooky shenanigans!
#10. Mr. Creepies’ Demented Labyrinth – Panama City Beach, Florida
Consisting of two haunted attractions in one, Mr. Creepies’ Demented Labyrinth turns this family entertainment center/theme park into a world of nightmares! Mr. Creepies’ event is hosted by Swampy Jack’s. This is a must-see due to the unique characters you will face. For 2025, they are bringing the Haunted Skulk Trail and Mr. Creepies’ Demented Labryinth to play! Supernatural meets psychotic beginning September 26th!
#9. Halloween Horror Nights Universal – Orlando, Florida
Halloween Horror Nights Orlando has 10 haunted houses coming to you this September! At the time of this writing, only five have been announced, and they are: Five Nights at Freddy’s, The Horrors of Wyatt Sicks, Terrifier, Jason Universe, and It’s Time to Face the Fallout. The scares begin on August 29th!
#8. Legends of Oblivion Haunted Attraction – North Fort Myers, Florida
Chapter 3 coming soon! Legends of Oblivion at the Lee Civic Center is “the largest haunt in southwest Florida,” consisting of a 17,000 sq ft walkthrough maze.
#7. Scream-A-Geddon – Dade City, Florida
Scream-A-Geddon showcases 6 attractions at one location in Dade City! New for 2025, guests will laugh to death inside Killgore’s 3D Circus! In addition, guests can also scream their way through Ravenhill Asylum, Bloodwater Bayou, Demon’s Revenge, Breach, and the Zombie Paintball Assault. Don’t forget to check out Bonzo’s Beer Garden and the Monster Midway! Opening night is August 29th!
#6. The Horrorland Miami Scream Park – Miami, Florida
The Horrorland Scream Park is “Miami’s wildest Halloween experience,” featuring 5 haunted houses, scare zones, live entertainment, a bar, and more! The screaming begins on September 12th, 2025!
#5. Fear Reach Scream Park – Tavares, Florida
Fear Reach Scream Park consists of three haunts at one spooky location. They are: Possession of Reach Manor, Lab 12-55, and Obscura Agent Training. They also have the Pitchfork Parlor and Bar and the Fear Reach Midway! Opening night for the 2025 season is October 3rd. Advanced tickets are required!
#4. A Petrified Forest – Altamonte Springs, Florida
A Petrified Forest is “Central Florida’s Premier” haunted attraction with three all-new scare trails! The show opens on October 3rd for the 2025 season
#3. Sir Henry’s Haunted Trail – Plant City, Florida
Sir Henry’s Haunted Trail consists of 4 attractions at one location! The three haunted trails are: City of Slaughter, Ravensgate Asylum, and Skinwalkers Hex, and the hayride is Legends of Halloween Haunted Hayride. On the grounds, you can also find escape games, photo ops, and more! The 2025 season starts on September 26th!
#2. Pemberton Haunted Acres – Plant City, Florida
“Tampa’s goriest backyard haunt just got bigger!” Pemberton Haunted Acres is the newest fear grounds in the Plant City area. Earning our Florida Scaariest Haunt award in 2024, we’re sure this haunt will bring the scares in 2025! With multiple haunts, a scare zone, and more, scares begin on September 26th.
#1. Ominous Descent Haunted Attraction – Winter Haven, Florida
Ominous Descent is a top-rated haunted trail. While their 2025 attractions have yet to be announced as of this writing, they have announced 1 haunted trail and 1 escape game. Opening night is September 27th.
