Land of Illusion Review (2008)

The cast of all the attractions put 110% into scaring people. The actors stick with you and make sure you get your money’s worth. The actors play off the people that get really scared and will taunt them until the end.

These guys go beyond imagination with their costumes. The gentleman that is Dr Psycho makes his own costumes and they far exceed anything you can get in a Halloween store. These guys take the themes and run with them.

The customer service is great here. People are very friendly and eager to answer questions. They have everything from a wonderful concession stand, to a gift shop, to a place where you can skeet shoot. There is a wonderful fire to sit around and keep warm and a different radio station there every night. This is the place to come to get all your fun for one night in one place.

The atmosphere screams scary. There are people walking around scaring you as you stand in line to get your adrenaline pumping before you enter the actual haunt. They also play scary movies in ALL the lines, which gets your mind racing as well. The movies they play in the lines are related in some way to the attraction you are about to enter.

The special effects are amazing. As you are walking through the Temple of Terror you get so engulfed in the special effects that when you turn around, there is a good chance someone will be right in your face to scare you. This attraction spares no expense with special effects. You are guaranteed to see something that amazes you!

Every attraction is based on a theme. The Killer Clowns attraction is a 3D attraction where you can face your fear of clowns. The Temple of Terror has a surprise around every corner. At Dr Psychos your never know where he might be lurking, so keep your eye out for him. If you decide to adventure through the trail you never know what might be lurking in the dark of the woods, so be prepared to jump out of your skin.

The fright factor is not a challenge for this attraction. There is a scare around ever corner. We have never seen a grown man jump so much before! The haunted attraction is the place you can go and face all your fears at once.

The value is great! If you want to go through the trail only it is $ 15.00. The Temple of Terror is $ 12.00. The Killer Clowns and Dr Psychos are $ 10.00 each. They also offer combo- any 2 attractions for $ 20.00, 2 attractions for $ 25.00, or if you are feeling brave all 4 attractions for $ 30.00.The combos do NOT have to be used all on the same night.
