10. The Haunted Lair – Palm Bay, FL

The Haunted Lair is a charity attraction that takes place on weekends in October with an all-volunteer staff.


9. Wentz Brothers Festival of Fears – Fort Walton Beach, FL

Wentz Brothers Festival of Fears is the Gulf Coast’s premier haunted attraction. They will feature three all-new haunted houses at their new location. Open weekends and select dates starting September 15th, 2023.

8. Fright Nights at the South Florida Scaregrounds – West Palm Beach, FL

Fright Nights at the South Florida Fairgrounds is open Thu-Sat in October (except October 27th). They feature four full haunts, carnival rides, live music, entertainment, and food.


7. Mortem Manor – Kissimmee, FL

Mortem Manor is a haunted house open year-round in Old Town, Kissimmee, just minutes from Orlando. Journey through two floors of an old Victorian themed attraction filled with scares!


6. Hadji Haunted House – Pensacola, FL

Hadji Haunted House is a non-profit, spooky attraction put on by the Hadji Shriners. Every year, proceeds go to the Shriner’s Hospitals for Children and the Pensacola Breast Cancer Association. For 2023, they’re unveiling a new, 3D Fun House haunt in addtion to their Camp Crystal Lake haunt!

5. Scream-A-Geddon – Dade City, FL

Scream-A-Geddon opens on September 8th for the 2023 season! New this year is Breach, where you will be faced with a decision: will you explore OmniLabs and simply watch the action, or will you “mark” yourself to interact with the creatures within?


4. Kirby Farm Scary Train – Williston, FL

The Scary Train offers five complete attractions and more at Kirby Farm on weekend nights in October. For 2023, their attractions are: Scary Train, Clown Woods, Trailer Park, Possum Hollar, and the final haunt is TBA!


3. Sir Henry’s Haunted Trail – Plant City, FL

Sir Henry’s Haunted Trail is open on select weekends starting September 29th, 2023. New this year is the Legends of Halloween Haunted Hayride! They will also bring back Moonlight Massacre, Wicked Waters, and Tale of the Dead for your scaring pleasure. They also offer escape rooms and ax throwing.

2. A Petrified Forest – Altamonte Springs, FL

A Petrified Forest offers three all-new scare trails and laser tag! This is a mega haunt that takes place right in the middle of a forest.

UNDead in the Water is Tampa’s premier authentic nautical haunted attraction aboard a WWII cargo ship!
