Team Hauntarama began in the fertile fields of Terror in the Corn, located in Erie, Colorado, where Andrew and Nikki Montoya first discovered their love for fright and one another!
Since that time, the Montoyas have visited many haunted attractions throughout Colorado, and have become serious about haunting their own home around Halloween.
Nikki has experience working in the theatre and behind the camera, bringing a wealth of know-how and understanding to the finer details of making haunts truly horrifc, while Andrew delights in the gruesome and dreams in horror. Halloween isn’t just once-a-year for Team Hauntarama, it’s a lifestyle!
Drey has loved Halloween and spooky-related activities for her entire life and grew up surrounded by Halloween decorations. She’s been watching horror movies for as long as she can remember and has always thought they were awesome, whether it be thrillers or jump scares, but especially gore. She also loves a combination of such aspects within the horror she consumes, as it really brings everything together and makes the scares unexpected, particularly when walking through a haunt.
Drey truly loves all things Halloween and will continue to immerse herself in everything creepy, whether that happens to be at work or at home.
Katrina is both an actress and a Halloween lover, making her perfect for reviewing haunts! Being an actress with a flair for costuming, fashion, and special effects makeup, she can look critically into how the scare actors do their job while also appreciating their appearances on a deeper level. But overall, she just loves all things scary!
